Each client is unique, therefore coaches use evidence-based practices to meet every individual’s needs. Coaches create customized individual meal plans based on the member’s calorie needs, specific goals, cooking abilities, and equipment. Each coach’s main goal is to create a sustainable plan that their clients can easily follow. Meal plan packages include recipes, simple meal-prep instructions, grocery lists, and periodic check-ins with the coach.
